This is a full-time, on-site Entry-Level Customer Service role located in Washington, DC. The role involves providing exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Other day-to-day tasks include maintaining a strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences, ensuring satisfaction, and upholding professional communication standards, including phone etiquette and written correspondence. You will collaborate with team members to improve service processes and contribute to customer loyalty.

- Proficient in Phone Etiquette and professional communication
