Job Description
The school is seeking married couples to become flex houseparents. These couples will reside on campus, guiding and nurturing a group of 8-12 students in a family-like setting. Responsibilities include driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and providing a consistent family structure for students.

Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Both spouses should be at least 27 years old and have been legally married for at least two years
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and valid U.S. driver's license
Salary : $43,825 - $165,000
