**Join the team at Milton Martin Toyota, a family-owned and operated Toyota dealership that has been serving North Georgia for over 50 years. Our Collision Center is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator to become a key player on our team.
Primary Responsibilities
- Inspect and analyze damaged vehicles and build rapport with new customers
- Write estimates for Direct Repair Programs and walk in work
- Communicate with customers and insurance companies during process of repair
- Complete invoices at delivery of vehicle
- Maintain a relationship with the technicians and painters to ensure a quick turn-around
- Execute consistent and exceptional customer service to maintain high CSI scores
- Demonstrate quality work and maintain an efficient and competitive amount of estimates and completions
Skills & Qualifications
- Detail Oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Highly self- motivated
- Team Player
- Prior Body Shop Experience or use of CCC/Reynolds is a plus
- Bilingual, a plus
