We accomplish this feat by effectively communicating with business units, identifying opportunities to solve critical business challenges, and driving efficiency through technology, including BI, AI and ML, while maintaining and leveraging effective cross-functional relationships with business partners Your Role on Our Team As a Data Analytics Analyst, you will combine strong technical abilities, business knowledge, and process knowledge, with leadership skills to deliver business value in a fast-paced, collaborative development environment. You will be self-driving, capable of effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, a steward of industry best practices, while striving to deliver highly effective Analytical Solutions. You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities: Design and implement data models, data pipelines, and ETL processes using Azure Databricks to prepare data for analysis Create insightful and interactive reports, dashboards, and data visualization using Power BI to support business functions Work effectively with the end users to understand requirements, formulate use cases, and then translate needs into technical solutions Effectively communicate and interact with business and technical personnel in solving complex data related business problems related to business operations Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and other IT professionals to deliver comprehensive data solutions Follow best practices in reporting and analysis, including data integrity, validation, testing and documentation Keep up to date of new developments in the business intelligence eco-system, as well as identify and recommending opportunities to further the company The TOOLS you’ll bring with you: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of industry experience in analytics, data engineering, business intelligence, or related field with a demonstrable track record in developing data intelligence solutions Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics and/or related Business Experience working with Data Warehouses, Data Visualization techniques, & BI Development tools Other TOOLS we prefer you to have: Oral and written communication skills for presentations to all levels of customer and management teams Advanced-level knowledge of SQL Server and relational data Have solid proficiency in DAX and semantic modeling.
