Job Description: The Machine Operator 2 is responsible for operating production equipment and meeting area production goals . Duties and Responsibilities Set up and operate assigned equipment May use computer to load printer software Load/unload sealing and printing equipment with product and packaging material Recognize and react to problems with equipment, make adjustments as required Inspect and verify product according to quality standards Work with Set Up Technician to resolve problems with equipment Clean equipment as required to ensure proper operation Break down scrap packages Able to work effectively within small teams Accurately complete scrap tickets Accurately complete daily production sheet Accurately update hourly goal board Maintain production pace and standards Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area Practice 5Ss Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Understand and follow verbal and written instructions Basic math skills Basic mechanical skills Basic computer skills Education and Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of machine operation experience Milwaukee Tool is an equal opportunity employer.
