Schedule Monday - Friday 2:30pm - 11:00pm
10% Shift Differential
SUMMARY
Test electronic PCB assemblies and box build electronic/electrical assemblies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Records test data, applying statistical quality control procedures.
- Tests product to specifications provided with efficiency and quality.
- Follow appropriate quality policies and procedures.
- Practice and participate in Continuous Improvement and Lean activities
- Perform work to appropriate efficiency and utilization standards.
- Build product as directed by Team Leader/Supervisor.
- Produce quality product using entry level skill processes, such as board stuffing, parts prep, & hand assembly.
- Participate in work group/team activities.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area and environment.
- Must be a positive and dependable member of the manufacturing group.
- Must be adaptive and supportive of change.
- Must provide input to problem solving process and possess good communication skills.
- The work performed in this job can only be done on site and attendance is an essential function of the job.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED required. A minimum of one year experience in testing electronics required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
The ability to read, speak, and understand English to enable clear communication and comprehension of internal
company documentation.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Basic math skills will be required to add, subtract, multiply and divide. Basic understanding of & ability to read
performance graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Able to understand and determine product quality to written documentation.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Able to pass Test Technician Test.
- Able to perform basic data entry transactions.
- Must achieve a passing score on the Milwaukee Electronics Component identification course.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this position, employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger,
handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Vision
requirements include: close & distant vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
