- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the culinary arts industry.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing culinary arts curricula. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other instructors and staff members.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience teaching culinary arts at the post-secondary level. Experience working with diverse student populations.
- Certification from a recognized culinary arts organization.
Responsibilities:
- Implement a comprehensive culinary arts curriculum that meets the needs of our students and prepares them for successful careers in the hospitality industry.
- Support the management of the culinary arts program, including supervising and mentoring other instructors.
- Teach and instruct students in culinary arts techniques, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain a safe and clean learning environment, including ensuring that all equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored.
