We are a business to business support service for independent mental healthcare businesses, which helps providers service a growing client base. We provide administrative and organizational services to simplify the processes of lead-generation, marketing, billing and collecting payments from patients and insurers. Our team supports over 500 independent businesses, who serve more than 10,000 clients per week.

About the Role:
Mindful Support Services is actively seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Financial Analyst who thrives in a professional, fast paced environment. As a key Finance employee, this Analyst will be responsible for financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting, and other financial modeling. This is a great position for someone who enjoys analyzing business performance to support senior management in making meaningful tactical and strategic decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management
- Produce monthly reports, including key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting
- Spearhead the annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes
- Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization
- Develop models that help with strategic decision-making
- Proactively support other departments and functions including the accounting group
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with a focus in finance, accounting, economics or related field, or two years of experience in finance, accounting, investment banking or related area in lieu of this degree
- Minimum one to two years of financial planning and analysis experience including financial reporting and budgeting experience
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with the ability to set and balance priorities, work independently and take ownership
- Attention to accuracy and detail
- Great interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with PowerBI is a plus
- Experience with medical or mental health industry is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
