What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Analyst position at Mindlance?
Role: Business Analyst
Hybrid: 3 Days in a Week
Location: Charlotte, NC - only Locals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements related to payments and treasury processes.
- Identify and recommend opportunities to optimize payment workflows, treasury operations, and financial systems for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.
- Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and alignment of objectives.
- Prepare comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and reports to support project goals and decision-making.
- Coordinate and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements and resolve any issues.
- Stay updated on trends, regulations, and best practices in payments, treasury, and financial technologies to provide insights and strategic recommendations.
