We are looking for a Counselor to join our team and provide support to individuals struggling with addiction and mental health issues. The ideal candidate will have a background in psychiatry, addiction medicine, or another related field and be able to provide counseling services that are tailored to the individual's needs. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills, be patient and understanding, and have a commitment to providing quality care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions.
- Assess clients’ needs and develop treatment plans accordingly.
- Maintain client records in accordance with professional standards.
- Provide crisis intervention services as needed.
- Educate clients on addiction medicine, psychiatry, and other related topics.
- Refer clients to other resources as needed.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Internship
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
