Associate Clinical Director
Salary: $67,000-$80,000 per year

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must be able to pass a thorough background check, and obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Education: Completed Master’s degree in related, license-eligible field required. Extensive experience in mental health service delivery/juvenile justice.
- Licensure: Must have current/active Licensure
- Experience: Must be knowledgeable in the Joint Commission Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations standards, as well as the AZ Office of Behavioral Health regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Under general direction, is responsible for work of above average difficulty in supervising and coordinating clinical services, working with placing agencies, referring professionals, families and clients. Responsible for assisting in clinical decisions, works with clinical staff advising of agency, client, family goals and needs. Assists in the coordination of clinical services with the Clinical Director, Psychiatrist, Directors, Therapists, Case Managers, Intake and Marketing team, and MMYTC staff. Directly supervises the clinical department, as the clinical department supervisor coach, the therapeutic milieu, for quality, timeliness, direction, and appropriateness of clinical services. Provides supervision of the Therapists as needed and weekly supervision of other designated staff. Recommends staff development and training needs. Participates in risk management and crisis prevention. Serves as community relations liaison.

Mingus Mountain Youth Treatment Center is a Joint Commission accredited residential treatment center for emotionally and behaviorally at-risk adolescent girls.
