Job Overview:
We are seeking two dedicated and passionate Infant Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment that fosters the cognitive, social, and emotional development of young children. The Infant Teacher will work closely with the children, providing guidance, support, and care to ensure their well-being and educational growth.
Duties:
- Plan and implement engaging and age-appropriate educational activities and lessons, including art, music, and language.
- Develop and maintain a safe and organized classroom environment that is conducive to learning.
- Provide individualized support and instruction to students, addressing their unique needs and learning styles.
- Implement classroom management strategies to promote positive behavior, respect, and teamwork among students.
- Prepare and maintain lesson plans, ensuring alignment with curriculum standards and state regulations.
- Conduct regular assessments of student progress, reporting to parents and administrators as necessary.
- Provide first aid and emergency care as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curricula and instructional strategies.
- Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with students in a childcare setting.
- Strong understanding of childhood development and the ability to design engaging lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Excellent classroom management and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Current certification in first aid and CPR.
- Experience with classroom management and childcare is highly desirable.

- The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
