We are looking for a dedicated and high-energy Service Lot Attendant / Porter to join our team and help maintain our world-class service standards.
Position Overview : As a Service Lot Attendant / Porter, you will be crucial in ensuring complete customer satisfaction by managing vehicle movement in the service area, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering vehicles post-service.
You'll also be responsible for providing transportation for customers when needed and ensuring our service lot's overall organization and appearance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain vehicle inventory appearance and performance by cleaning both the interior and exterior of vehicles.
- Replenish vehicle fluids and replace batteries as necessary.
- Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
- Keep the service lot neat and organized by moving vehicles per the general manager's direction and dealership display standards.
- Drive vehicles to and from the service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
- Make key tags and manage the inventory of vehicles.
- Retrieve and deliver vehicles between property locations.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.
