What are the responsibilities and job description for the Equipment Assembly Technician position at Minitube USA?
The Equipment Assembly Technician’s responsibilities include following work instructions and work orders to assemble high quality products for our customers. This position will also be responsible for answering customer phone calls and solving problems with products. Must be able to be thorough and organized in Quality Control, fill out weekly inventory reports and complete work orders in a timely fashion.
An Equipment Assembly technician should possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to read and write work instructions and be able to meet weekly deadlines.
Role and Responsibilities
· Assembly of Semen Storage Units and the sub-assemblies needed.
· Monitor and diagnose equipment issues with customers over the phone, email and internet
· Give advice and recommendations regarding operation and maintenance of the machines.
· Follow up on service work and work orders.
· Report weekly inventory as required.
· Learn and develop skills to repair other equipment that enters the service department.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as necessary.
Education Requirements
Minimum of a high school education or GED. Knowledge of electric and electronics recommended.

Travel Requirements:
· None required, but possible as position grows

· Flexible as required, approx. 40 hours per week
· Vacation days base is 15 days per year
· 7 paid holidays

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
