Minnehaha Academy is seeking a part-time Evening Front Desk Coordinator for our 3100 W River Parkway location. Standard hours are 3:30 – 6:00pm but can extend to 10:00pm when evening activities are taking place. This is a shared position so would only be 2-3 evenings/week.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- First point of contact for incoming visitors to the building
- Monitor scheduled activities through the building based on nightly schedule

Answer phone calls
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Receptionist and/or front door security experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience working with high school age students, as well as adults
- Comfortable directing people to activities, as well as ensuring all individuals leave the building before closing
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Competent with Google Suite and other commonly used technology
- Supportive of the mission of Minnehaha Academy
