Minnehaha Academy is a Christian school and a ministry of the Northwest Conference of the Evangelical Covenant Church of America.

Our mission is to provide a high quality education integrating the Christian faith and learning.


Minnehaha Academy is seeking a part-time Evening Front Desk Coordinator for our 3100 W River Parkway location. Standard hours are 3:30 – 6:00pm but can extend to 10:00pm when evening activities are taking place. This is a shared position so would only be 2-3 evenings/week.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • First point of contact for incoming visitors to the building
  • Monitor scheduled activities through the building based on nightly schedule
  • Answer phone calls


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Receptionist and/or front door security experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience working with high school age students, as well as adults
  • Comfortable directing people to activities, as well as ensuring all individuals leave the building before closing
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Competent with Google Suite and other commonly used technology
  • Supportive of the mission of Minnehaha Academy
