JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Licensed Fertilizer/Pesticide Applicator to join our team. Duties will include:
- Follow and complete fertilization/treatment route, measure chemicals according to product label, operate a backpack sprayer and other required application items
- Ability to interact with customers
- Ability to assist in other roles when necessary, including landscaping, lawn mowing, and other service duties
- Ability to work directly with Lawn Maintenance crews as required
QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid Driver’s License (Class D)
- Valid Minnesota Applicator’s License or ability to study for and pass the test before spring
- Customer service or horticulture background
- Experience operating fertilizing equipment
- Must be able to work independently and efficiently and comply with all federal, state, local, and company regulations regarding the application of pesticides and fertilizer
- This position will be seasonal. Based on qualifications and experience, pay for this position will start at $25 - $32 per hour
