Responsibilities and requirements:
- First Priority: Make the resident's day comfortable and enjoyable!
- Must be on the MN Nursing Assistant Registry (if not, ask about opportunities for becoming registered - we will reimburse or pay for class if hired)
- Provide all personal cares for our residents in a safe, compassionate manner
- Assist with bathing, eating, grooming, ambulating and transferring
- Report all changes in condition to the nurse
