DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Screening, triaging, and responding to patient inquires via telephone calls and EMR messages
- Administering injections and provide patient teaching, as needed
- Assisting physician with procedures & exams, as needed
- Perform diagnostic procedures, testing, and treatments, including urodynamics, potassium sensitivity testing, and bladder instillations
- Conducting post-partum phone calls
- Work in collaboration with triage department and with interdisciplinary care teams to respond to patient inquiries in a timely manner
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation for patient care in EHR
- Make urgent add-on appointments as necessary
- Use of critical thinking and sound judgement in assessing and making recommendations; elevate to provider level, as necessary
- Respond to prescription refill requests
- Respond to patient emergencies, within the scope of RN license
- Other duties as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current MN RN licensure
- CPR certified
- Two to four years related experience in OB/GYN or urology, highly preferred
