JOB SUMMARY
The Consumer Loan Processor will have attention to detail and the ability to perform various clerical and loan processing duties accurately and efficiently. This position will also include some customer service and loan servicing capabilities for all loans and loan types offered by Minster Bank. Primary responsibility to prepare loan processing and closing documents and uploading of loans. This position is non-exempt and reports to the Consumer Loan Coordinator. Other responsibilities include:
- Completing loan documents and other loan related forms to ensure complete, compliant and accurate loan files.
- Maintain loan documentation files for completeness and compliance.
- Responsible for providing superior customer service to our customers and assisting Loan Officers and other Bank personnel in building strong customer relationships.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience/and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commission, and percentages.
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
WORK LOCATION: In person
SCHEDULE: Day shift Monday through Friday with some additional hours if needed
