About the Role:
- We are seeking a hands-on, dependable Kitchen Manager to lead daily kitchen operations in a high-volume environment. This role requires strong culinary skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering quality food and service. You'll be responsible for running the kitchen efficiently while maintaining food safety, managing staff, and meeting key financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, lead, and train the kitchen team
- Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment
- Monitor and control food and labor costs
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor deliveries
- Create and manage staff schedules based on business needs
- Ensure compliance with food safety and company procedures

What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong cooking and kitchen management skills
- Experience managing food & labor costs and kitchen budgets
- Great communication and team-building abilities
- Comfortable using basic computer systems
- Flexible availability – able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
