What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine operator position at Minute Men Staffing?
Now hiring Machine Operators for a manufacturing company in Avon for 3rd shift, 7pm - 5 : 30am.
Sunday - Wednesday.
Weekly pay at $16.50 per hour.
Machine Operators take care of all machine-specific functions such as configuring the equipment, loading and operating the machines, and optimizing the machine capability.
Job Duties :
Load machine with required materials, set appropriate settings according to instructions, and monitor machine performance.
Notify a supervisor of any defective or non-conforming products.
Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic maintenance as needed.
Assist with packaging products and printing shipping labels off a computer.
Any other task requested by a supervisor.
Other duties include assisting other operators, preforming housekeeping of workstations, and any other task requested by a supervisor.
Previous machine operating experience is required.
The ideal candidate has great dexterity and a great attention to detail.
