As a store Associate, you'll be the face of the store, greeting customers with warmth and enthusiasm as they enter. You'll create a welcoming atmosphere, assisting customers with their needs, and leaving a lasting impression that keeps them coming back.

Hourly Rate:
$15.50 - $16.00

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a smile and friendly hello.
- Welcome customers with open arms by maintaining a clean and inviting store both inside and out.
- Operate register with speed and accuracy.
- Keep shelves stocked and well organized.
- Coffee, coffee, coffee and coffee.
- Any other convenience store activities, because at Mirabito, every employee can do every job.
- Uphold Mirabito's high standards of customer service and professionalism, going above and beyond to exceed customer expectations with every interaction.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Have a friendly and outgoing personality and a passion for making people smile.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Be able to stay cool under pressure while juggling multiple tasks.
- Be able to adapt to the fast-paced environment of a convenience store.
- Must be able to read and follow company training, policies and procedures.
- Fluent with basic math and the ability to calculate change if required.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
