Job Overview : (On-Campus Position)

The Staff Accountant will assist in the ongoing maintenance of general ledger and other financial records through the application of generally accepted accounting principles. This position will primarily focus in the areas of grant reporting, and accounting for endowment and fundraising activities.

Work-Related Knowledge :

• A thorough understanding of general ledger accounting practices, cost analysis and generally accepted accounting principles
• Knowledge of Accounting software
• Ability to work and communicate effectively with individuals possessing varying levels of accounting and budgeting knowledge is required.
• Proven exceptional attention to detail and ability to consistently produce error free results.
• Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.

Salary Range : $48,000 - $53,000
