About the Role
We’re hiring three part-time Virtual Assistants to support our growing team. This is a flexible remote role, perfect for someone who’s organized, detail-oriented, and ready to grow with a fast-moving agency. Tasks will vary day-to-day, but will primarily include:
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Meeting scheduling and calendar management
- Light social media support (caption drafting, trend tracking, etc.)
- Inbox management and follow-ups
- Research (influencers, venues, brand partnerships, etc.)
- Creating simple reports and organizing files
- Other general virtual assistant duties
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Self-starter with initiative and ability to manage deadlines
- Familiarity with Google Suite, Notion, and basic social media tools (Instagram, TikTok)
- Interest in marketing, media, or startup culture is a plus
- Must be reliable, flexible, and able to work 10-15 hours per week to start
