Miss Hannah’s Gourmet Popcorn exists to welcome and honor every person, provide joy, happiness, and create community with our customers, team, and every person we interact with, through quality popcorn.
Minimum wage starting, can be negotiated
Day time availability required, flexibility with weekends and holidays
The job will include but not be limited to the following:
- Cash drawer management
- Understand and be able to accurately teach customers about the product and all necessary information of such
- Meet sales goals that are presented to each store each month
- Execute high level customer service and participate in continued trainings
- Maintain retail space excellence in: cleanliness, organization, and inventory
- Attend team meetings quarterly to be informed and build relationships
- Understanding and committing to our company philosophy.
- Fulfillment of operations of Newberg or Bridgeport daily tasks
- Additional tasks, as needed to maintain the smooth operation and excellent customer service MHP is known to provide, taking ownership of Newberg as a homebase for this role, assisting the kitchen with various tasks or projects in order for their continued success
Any and all necessary training will be provided, in order to complete the above tasks adequately.
