Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for infants, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Duties
- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages children's curiosity and creativity.
- Monitor and assess each child's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their development.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to support a collaborative environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring all materials are safe and accessible to children.
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities to ensure their safety at all times.
Requirements
- Experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education practices.
- Skills in special education, caregiving, nannying, or toddler care are advantageous.
- First aid certification is preferred; willingness to obtain certification if not currently held.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
