Infant Teacher

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for infants, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Duties

• Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages children's curiosity and creativity.
• Monitor and assess each child's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their development.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to support a collaborative environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring all materials are safe and accessible to children.
• Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities to ensure their safety at all times.

Requirements

• Experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education practices.
• Skills in special education, caregiving, nannying, or toddler care are advantageous.
• First aid certification is preferred; willingness to obtain certification if not currently held.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members.
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children.

Job Start Date: January 2, 2025

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.35 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
