About the Role
This is a high-stakes, strategic role for a marketer who loves to win. You will serve as the lead strategist for a portfolio of clients. You aren't just a point of contact; you are a strategic partner helping our clients scale.
While our technical team handles the day-to-day execution within the ad accounts, you own the strategy. You must be able to look at a Meta or Google Ads dashboard, identify why a funnel is leaking, and confidently advise a client on how to pivot their creative, messaging, or budget to achieve their goals.
What You’ll Do
• Strategic Growth Consulting: Act as the lead marketing consultant for a portfolio of accounts, ensuring their digital spend converts into measurable business expansion.
• Data Storytelling: Translate technical metrics (CPL, CTR, ROAS) into actionable business insights. You don't just read reports; you provide a narrative of growth.
• High-Level Communication: Lead 5–20 strategic pulse calls per week. You must be able to command a meeting and navigate performance conversations with poise, authority, and empathy.
• Funnel Optimization: Collaborate with the internal media buying team to refine targeting, ad copy, and landing page strategies based on your strategic intuition and data analysis.
• Retention through ROI: Maintain a high revenue retention rate by proving value and identifying opportunities to scale client impact.
What We’re Looking For
• Marketing DNA: Deep understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem (Meta, Google, YouTube, Funnels, and Lead Gen). You know why specific strategies work in different markets.
• The "Consultant" Mindset: Experience in an agency or high-growth marketing role where you were responsible for strategy and results, not just "customer service."
• Persuasive Communication: The ability to take a nervous client and turn them into a confident partner through clear, authoritative, and mission-aligned communication.
• Analytical Prowess: You are "dangerously comfortable" in an ads dashboard and can spot trends or anomalies before they become problems.
• Proactive Drive: You don't wait for instructions. You see a performance dip and you are already collaborating on a solution before the client even asks.
Performance Standards
• Revenue Retention: Maintain 100% of assigned client revenue (replacing churn with proactive growth/upsells).
• Strategic Impact: Achieve a Client Satisfaction score of 9.0 or higher.
• Proactive Strategy: Every client interaction must result in at least one "Value-Add" strategic recommendation.
