Role and Responsibilities :
We are searching for a Business Financial Manager to support our DOD clients program budgets. U.S. Citizenship is required, as is an active Top Secret Clearance. This position will supporttheDOD at the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia.
Minimum Qualifications and Education Requirements :
U.S. Citizenship is required, as is an active Secret Level Security Clearance.
Duties & Responsibilities :
Formulating program acquisition strategy and making sound recommendations to the Program Manager based upon a thorough knowledge of all business issues related to the programs.
Experience with creating MIPRs, DAR-Q and R-2 budgeting requests for DoD program
Preparing funding documentation and procurement packages for SBIR / STTR performer contracts resulting from Broad Agency Announcements (BAAs), cross agency awards and other solicitations.
Monitoring and reporting program commitments, obligations, expenditures, contract performance, and program status execution to include program milestones, schedule and cost.
Assisting in the preparation of program plans and quarterly review documentation
Creating and maintaining definitive documentation files for each program and

3 years experience and knowledge of pentagon budgeting practices a
