Base Pay/Salary: $ 75,000 - $95,000 per year
Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

- Love getting into details by reviewing marketing collateral, promotions and website content. Along with monitoring changes in the compliance program as it is applicable to rules, regulations and laws.
- Always being on the lookout for any changes in federal and state laws and working with leadership to update the operational impact of the changes.
- To be a knowledgeable point of contact for departments with any questions regarding compliance and processes.
- Being proactive in doing research to provide guidance to leadership to improve compliance processes.
- To stay up to date to continue to build and maintain your knowledge with all departmental and security procedures, including BSA requirements.
- Excellent written and presentation skills, as this role will be communicating with all levels of management.
- To be detail oriented in being thorough and objective in problem solving skills.
- 2 years of financial industry experience, bank or credit union in a compliance role and is a must.
- NAFCU and/or CUNA Compliance Certification is required for this position.
