Job Summary and Qualifications
JOB SUMMARY: Maintains premier level of service at the assigned location by greeting arriving customers at vehicles or entry doors in a positive and professional manner. Proactively offers parking and valet services and provides information and assistance as needed. Assists in facilitating patient/visitor flow between on-site valet services, registration points, or service area locations. Provides directions to desired locations or helps to determine desired location. Assures valet work area is well kept and orderly. Performs responsibilities within established customer service and safety standards. Adheres to system and department compliance policies, and any and all applicable laws and regulations. Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED EDUCATION: High School diploma or equivalent
PREFERRED EDUCATION: None
REQUIRED LICENSE: Valid Drivers license with no major driving violations (i.e DUI, DWLR) in past three years; no minor driving violations in past five years. Must be at least 21 years of age to meet the Mission Health established insurance guidelines.
PREFERRED LICENSE: Commercial Drivers license
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Three or more years of experience in hospitality industry, customer service, or related field. Prior money handling experience. Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
