Job Summary and Qualifications
The Administrative Director of Quality promotes high quality, patient-centered care by providing direction and support for Quality and Risk Management initiatives and projects, including data analysis, problem solving, and coordinating the implementation of processes to assure regulatory compliance. The AdministrativeDirector ensures the facilitation and utilization of diverse strategies and communication for quality and performance improvement, providing an integrated framework for monitoring, evaluating, and improving quality of care. The Administrative Director functions as the facility’s Safety Officer, Ethics and Compliance Officer, and Equity Compliance Coordinator.
What qualifications you will need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a health-related field is required. Master’s Degree in a health-related field is preferred.
- 3 years data analysis in a healthcare setting Required
- 4 years experience in healthcare quality/risk management leadership Required
Required Certification:
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or Certification in Healthcare Quality Management (CHCQM) within 12 months of hire date
