Mission Mobile Medical is a leader in creating innovative mobile health units, delivering high-quality custom cabinetry solutions. We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker to join our team and contribute to the design and construction of custom cabinetry tailored for our unique mobile units.
General Tasks
- Precision Measuring & Planning: Accurately measure, mark, and interpret CAD drawings to ensure precise dimensions and effective job layout according to project specifications.
- Cabinetry Construction & Assembly: Build and assemble custom cabinetry components, verifying measurements and alignments to ensure all pieces meet specified dimensions and quality standards.
- Equipment Setup & Maintenance: Set up and operate shop equipment, including handsaws, table saws, drills, and sanding tools; maintain and clean all equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Joint Reinforcement & Hardware Installation: Reinforce joints for maximum durability, and install hardware such as hinges and handles, ordering replacement materials as needed.
- Quality Assurance & Safety Practices: Double-check calculations and measurements, ensuring a safe working environment by properly disposing of materials and maintaining cleanliness.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with team members during the installation phase, effectively addressing challenges and providing solutions to ensure project success.

- Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting CAD drawings and blueprints.
- Familiarity with finishing techniques, including stain, paint, varnish, and laminates.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Knowledge of safety practices in a workshop environment.
Work Environment
100% work in a manufacturing setting.
Salary & Benefits
• 80 PTO hours available after the first 60 days of service.
