Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):
- Repair & Maintenance of Equipment: repair and maintain mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, medical gas, and plant infrastructure—while troubleshooting issues using schematics and blueprints
- Preventative Maintenance: regular inspections and checks to prevent breakdowns, like lubricating motors, testing generators, or checking emergency lighting
- Facility Upkeep: patching walls, painting, installing fixtures, or even minor carpentry or electrical work
- Safety Compliance: e nsure a safe working environment by maintaining accurate equipment logs, adhering to safety standards, and driving as needed for company business

- Able to troubleshoot, read schematics, and/or blue prints.
- Valid state driver’s license.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
