How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Greet clients and pets with warmth and professionalism—whether in person or by phone
- Schedule appointments, manage check-ins/check-outs, and support daily front desk operations
- Handle client communications with care, clarity, and attention to detail
- Collect and verify medical histories, relay messages to the clinical team, and help ensure a smooth client experience
- Process payments and review estimates or discharge instructions with confidence and accuracy
- Maintain accurate and organized client and patient records in our practice management software
- Support the team by staying calm under pressure and helping keep operations running smoothly
- Be a friendly, empathetic presence who helps make every client feel welcomed and heard
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Comfort with computers and scheduling software (experience with veterinary systems is a plus)
- A calm, positive attitude—even during busy or emotional moments
- A passion for helping people and their pets feel supported and cared for
- Previous veterinary or medical office experience is a bonus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
