Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic marketing intern to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will support MissionCIT’s marketing efforts, including digital, creative, email, and SEO. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who is eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Creating and publishing blogs on our website
· Creating and posting social media assets
· Supporting existing marketing efforts directly on the website
· Creating other marketing materials including flyers, mailers, cards, etc.
· Talking directly to students and gaining feedback on customer journey
· And much more!
Qualifications
Preferred characteristics:
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and efficiently, especially in remote settings
· Reliable and responsible
Preferred experience:
· Current BA/BS student in the marketing field, or other adjacent business fields
· Existing knowledge of how a business operates in the “growth stage”
Requirements:
· Minimum GPA of 3.0 at an accredited university or college
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
· Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
· Ability to commit to 15 hours a week, at least 5 in person hours.
Schedule and Hours
Position Type: Part-time
Hours: 5 hours in-person and 10 hours remote - total 15 per week
Schedule: In-person at least once or twice per week, flexible remote hours available between 7:30a-9p
10 weeks, October 7 – December 12, 2025
Total Hours: ~150
Compensation
Pay: $22 per hour
