Senior Business Analyst Cherry Hill , New Jersey Business Services Direct Hire Nov 27, 2023Position Overview : We are seeking a dynamic Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in supporting our client's business organization through a significant phase of re-automation and transformation.Responsibilities : Act as a key advisor and collaborator with business department heads and their teams.Unlock ERP functionality to drive process automation and efficiencyCollaborate with business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and cross-functional teams to define and document ERP platform requirements.Manage vendor solicitation, product demonstrations, proposal scoring, and vendor / product selection.Facilitate requirements gathering sessions to identify current business processes, issues, objectives, and improvement opportunities.Document business requirements, system design specifications, and operational procedures based on business needs.Identify and implement solutions for improved operating efficiency within specific systems and across the enterprise application portfolio.Develop strong partnerships with business teams and bridge the IT shared-service organization for improved customer serviceability.Lead efforts to implement new system functionality, facilitate design sessions, and provide end user training.Ensure business objectives and client satisfaction targets are achieved.Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA or Masters strongly preferred.7 years of progressive Business Analysis work experience in Distribution, Manufacturing, and Financial Management systems.7 years of experience working with ERP application and business application systems.Deep understanding of business needs and workflow, with prior work experience in the construction industry preferred.Experience with systems and business integration.Desired Skills : Ability to translate business needs into system specifications.Experience leading small teams / projects from initiation to closing.Strong collaboration, influencing, and listening skills.Excellent critical thinking, process analysis, and mapping skills.Strong understanding of ERP master data objects and relationships.Project management experience is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
