Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and lead age-appropriate activities including arts and crafts, sports, theater, and educational games.
- Supervise children during activities, ensuring safety and engagement at all times.
- Manage classroom behavior through effective behavior management techniques and positive reinforcement.
- Collaborate with other staff members to develop program schedules and special events.
- Foster an inclusive environment that respects diverse backgrounds and abilities.
Requirements
- Experience working with children in settings such as daycare, camp, tutoring, or childcare is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage children effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
