What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Scheduler position at Missouri City Dentistry?
Currently looking for a motivated Dental Scheduler to join our dental team. 1 or more year of experience is preferred but not required. With the right candidate we are willing to train. Must provide expected hourly pay and resume to receive interview.
Responsibilities
•Calling overdue patients
•Schedule patient appointments in accordance with monthly and daily patient goals
•Answer phones and confirm appointments
•Greet and check in patients
•Accurately verify dental benefits
•Maintain detailed patient records in a fast-paced environment
•Collect payments, co-payments and deductibles
•Maintain a clean and professional office environment
•Assist with presenting and/or explaining treatment plans
•Minimum computer and typing skills required for Word and Excel
