Data Processor - Youngsville, LA

Pay Rate: $16-22/hour depending on experience

POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented full-time Data Processor who will primarily focus on researching internal databases, ensuring accurate data entry into Ultrapipe, and drafting 2D isometric drawings in AutoCAD or a related program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for compiling and maintaining accurate reports for both internal reference and client-facing purposes. This role requires strong attention to detail, a deep understanding of database management, and the ability to audit and cleanse data for integrity and quality.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES:

• Inputs data in a timely and accurate manner into a computerized system
• Analyze data trends, discrepancies, or abnormalities and prepare reports highlighting key findings
• Ability to adapt to changing demands, multi-task, and meet deadlines
• Strong desire to learn
• Drafts 2D designs of isometric drawings
• Attention to detail
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability demonstrated problem-solving skills
• Service driven and self-motivated
• Microsoft (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Data entry experience a plus, but not required
• AutoCAD experience a plus, but not required
