Description
- Oversee the development and monitoring of loan origination plans and scenario planning to optimize business performance.
- Manage a team of analysts and work with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with executive teams and various departments to identify optimization opportunities and increase efficiency.
- Develop and implement data governance policies to ensure data quality and accuracy.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in analytics and apply them as appropriate.
- Communicate complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop and monitor loan origination plans.
- Analyze complex data sets and create reports, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders.
- Lead a team of analysts, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Implement data governance policies to ensure data quality.
- Identify opportunities for optimization and increase efficiency.
- Proven leadership experience, including managing a team of data analysts.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement analytics strategies that drive growth.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data privacy best practices.
- Advanced degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in analytics or a related field.
