Compensation
Pay Range:$60.00-$80.00/Hrs
Description
Work with clients presenting for treatment, especially those with mental health or dual diagnoses.
Perform independent therapeutic care, treatment, and rehabilitation.
Plan and conduct therapeutic activities and counsel clients individually and in groups.
Demonstrate advanced understanding of the full continuum of care.
Understand how a therapeutic program operates and client progression in the treatment system.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate, treat, and diagnose clients with mental health disorders or dual diagnoses.
Schedule or assist with the scheduling of clinical and support staff for adequate coverage.
Continue special training in designated areas.
Maintain accurate records and client case records according to guidelines.
Facilitate special events such as retreats, trips, and workshops when necessary.
Act as a role model for pro-social behaviors and manage a full client caseload.
Moderate special groups and conduct assessments.
Qualifications
Master's degree and independent license to practice (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LGADC, LGPC, LCADC, LCPC).
Valid driver's license and appropriate professional certificates and credentials.
