Registered Behavior Technician in the ABA Department

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide quality 1:1 instruction to ABA clients
- Teach individualized goals identified in the treatment plan
- Utilize DTT, NET, and mand training
- Utilize ABA teaching procedures (e.g. pairing, demand fading, reinforcement, shaping, prompting, error correction, etc.)
- Prepare teaching materials, note cards, datasheets, and reinforcers
- Implement behavior intervention plans
- Record objective session data to reflect the client’s progress
- Abides by the RBT Code of Ethics
- Maintain RBT log based on BACB guidelines
- Communicate clearly and in a professional manner to coworkers and supervisors regarding student needs, personal needs, questions, interventions, schedules, and conflicts.
Reports to
- Supervisor/BCBA in their designated department
- ABA Admin team
Requirements:
- Maintain Registered Behavior Technician certification
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Registered Behavior Technician certification preferred
- Experience working with children preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour
