What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Superintendent position at Mitsa Group LLC?
The Mitsa Group is growing. We operate 21 restaurants with 5-7 more coming this year. With this growth we are looking for a project superintendent. This person will manage the new construction, remodeling projects, and the maintenance department consisting of 2 HVAC mechanics, electrician, plumber, and 2 handymen. They will oversee the daily operations, schedule, budget, safety, and quality of the work, and communicate with the owner, director of operations, and external partners. They will also supervise and manage all subcontractors, vendors, materials, and equipment. They need to have a significant amount of experience in the construction industry and be able to handle problems and emergencies
