FULFILLMENT SPECALIST JOB DESCRIPTION

Fulfillment Specialist work together with their TEAM to assist with all aspects of preparing consumer packaged goods (CPG) that will be sold to retail stores. This TEAM maintains the final process steps of a cultivation and processing facility in which products are packaged, inventoried, and sold based on various work instructions, processes, and techniques performed as a part of daily routine operations.

As a Fulfillment TEAM Member / TEAM Leader, you will:

  • Keep very accurate and detailed inventory in an orderly fashion on the pallet racks, and internal reporting systems.
  • Perform cycle counts on inventory daily, weekly and monthly.
  • Picking and packing: Picking, packing, and preparing products for shipments in a strategic and time efficient manner.
  • Create Manifests, Invoices Shipping Labels, and Packing Lists.
  • Shipping: Coordinating with shipping carriers to arrange delivery or intake (inbound or outbound) product and resolve any issues.
  • Issue Resolution: Identifying and addressing any issues with inventory or older fulfillment and resolving issues within the normal operating procedures.
  • Provide great customer service to both Sales Reps and Clients
  • Communicate professionally within and outside the organization.
  • Clean all work areas involved. E.g., sweeping, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing work surfaces and common spaces. TEAM members MUST prioritize Cleanliness and Organization.
  • Daily work with Computer, Computer Systems, and Item Management Applications. Must be competent with each.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The physical demands described here represent those that must be met by a TEAM Member to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.

The TEAM Member must have the ability to lift 50-65 pounds and maneuver inventory from shelves to carts.

The TEAM Member must be able to stand and work on your feet for 6-8 hours per day.

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

This position is full-time hourly. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. through 3:30 p.m. (Hours are subject to change), depending on the schedule. Overtime is sometimes required during the week or weekends.

AGE REQUIREMENT

  • Must be 21 years of age (State Requirement)

COMPENSATION

$18.00

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· Basic math skills.

· High school Diploma
