Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Grant Coordinator

Description

This position acts as a liaison between the PER franchise and supporters as related to the submission of grant proposals.

Key Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

Ø Grant Submissions

• Assist in submission of grant proposals, including review of proposal and budget
• Preparation of relevant grant documents and grantor budget templates based on individual grantor requirements
• Enter grant requests on grantor portals
• Respond to grantors’ queries and requests for additional information
• Maintain and update grantor password list and disseminate to team as needed
  
  

Ø Administrative Support

• Update and maintain databases and grantor password list
• Communication with grantors as necessary via email or telephone
• Provide additional support to PER staff as needed
  
  

Ø Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work with budgets and templates
• Detail oriented
  
  

Expectation

• Submit 4 grants per day
• Ensure average submission time for a grant is not > 5 days
• Establish proficiency in Salesforce to effectively perform job functions
