We are looking for an exceptional Senior Manager, Global Organizational Development to join our Global Talent Management team, who can lead enterprise organizational development and effectiveness. This role will work to design and implement strategies and solutions for the organization. This role will report to the Director of Global Talent Management.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Pay Range: $140,000 to $170,000 per year. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law. At MKS, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.
Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].

You Will Make an Impact By:
- Designing and leading enterprise-wide organizational development (OD) strategy and frameworks aligned to business priorities, cultural values, and talent goals
- Partnering with global HR leaders on the Global Onboarding program, related assets, and continuous improvement efforts
- Owning the employee engagement survey process—including development, deployment, analysis, and follow-up; partnering with HRBPs and business leaders to deliver actionable toolkits and drive meaningful outcomes
- Establishing and cultivating an internal coaching practice while managing external coaching resources
- Developing and deploying an internal assessment strategy by researching and selecting tools, instruments, and benchmarks aligned with business needs
- Leading global change leadership efforts by developing tools and resources and embedding behavior change across the enterprise
- Collaborating with global stakeholders on leadership and functional competency development, integrating competencies into performance management, succession planning, and career pathing
- Building trust and alignment with HRBPs, business leaders, and global HR teams through strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building
- Delivering targeted development experiences and facilitation for key stakeholder groups as needed
- Analyzing data, trends, and best practices to inform organizational development strategy and guide decision-making
- Demonstrating high learning agility—adapting to new challenges, absorbing feedback, and continuously evolving practices in a dynamic environment
- Travel Requirements: Up to 10% domestic or international travel may be required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organization Development or equivalent
- 10 years of related experience in HR, talent, Organizational Development or Learning & Development
- Strong business acumen and ability to link OD strategies to organizational performance
- Experience in curriculum and program design, deployment, and measurement
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, influencing capabilities
- Outstanding facilitation and consultative skills and ability to work closely with business leaders as well as HRBPs
- Ability to work independently, yet flexible to stakeholders' requirements
- Analytical, strong project management and organization skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
