Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join our educational team. Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Utilize learning technology to enhance the educational experience and engage students in interactive learning.
- Teach core subjects including Math, Literacy education, and other relevant areas while integrating early childhood education principles.
- Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation, creativity, and critical thinking.
- Provide individualized support to students, identifying their strengths and areas for improvement.
- Monitor student progress through assessments and provide feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the school community.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies.
- Engage with library services to enhance literacy education and promote reading among students.
- Mentor students in both academic and social skills, helping them develop confidence and independence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field preferred
- Teaching certification preferred.
- Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in lesson planning, classroom management, and effective communication.
- Familiarity with learning technology tools that support teaching and learning processes.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles is an asset.
