We have an excellent opportunity for YOU! We are looking for an entry level Machine Set Up Technician to join our team!

Your Role
As a Set Up Technician Trainee in the Bindery Department:
Under the direct supervision of a seasoned technician, you will learn
You must be able to set up and change over machines in the Bindery Department
You must troubleshoot the machines when an issue arises, inspect and adjust machines
You must be able to understand and effectively evaluate work using inspection criteria
You will be able to read and understand job ticket and instructions
You must be able to clean glue off machine parts and efficiently maintain glue systems
You will troubleshoot throughout production, run and correct problems
Your Profile
You have obtained a high school diploma or equivalent
You have excellent verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills
You must be able to read and comprehend work instructions
You are able to work in a fast-paced environment and are willing to learn
You have familiarity in a production focused environment
