Nature of Work
This internship will have a specific emphasis of reviewing and managing data for the Purchasing Department.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Utilize common construction software tools for the purpose of obtaining and organizing data, including ProCore, Bluebeam, and Revitt
- Collect and organize product orders and project data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Conduct historical cost comparisons and data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and outliers
- Document data collection processes, methodologies, and findings
- Maintain related project file folders on server
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Prepare reports summarizing key insights and recommendations for stakeholders
- Present findings to team members or leadership as needed
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions
- Proficiency in Excel for capturing and organizing data
- Exercise initiative or, as directed, perform additional duties to meet the needs of the organization

- Currently enrolled in a college or university Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related program.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook) preferred
- Must be self-motivated and results-oriented
