- Engage with potential residents through office visits, in-person tours, and digital interactions.
- Conduct apartment showings, answer questions, and finalize lease terms.
- Process background checks and verify applicant details.
- Apply sales strategies to maximize community occupancy.
- Manage online advertising and maintain professional communication across all platforms.
🔑 Essential Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in leasing, customer service, or a related field; multifamily housing experience preferred.
- Availability to work weekends and perform physical activities as needed.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) certification is a plus.
